For over 3 decades Lou Ann Brubaker, Founder of Brubaker Consulting, has helped post-acute care (PAC) organizations enhance their occupancy/mix, staff retention, customer service, and supervisory skill success. Her clients include providers along the entire continuum of PAC, from continuing care retirement communities to skilled & assisted living facilities to home health and hospice. Lou Ann Brubaker’s diverse professional experience ranges from administration of a senior citizen utility assistance program, the transitioning of an in-house advertising agency to a revenue-generating division and the management of more than 35 satellite operations and 500 sales representatives within a services organization. Just prior to founding her own company, she directed the North American marketing for an organization that in three years grew to become the world’s largest provider of online medical, scientific and technical information.
